Federal Procurement
The Uniform Grant Guidance added a new procurement method called “Micro-Purchase”. Districts must comply with the more restrictive of federal / staterequirements and district policy.
The following table outlines procurement requirementswhen using federal funds. Effective June 20, 2018, the micro-purchasethreshold was increased from $3,500 to $10,000, and the Small Purchase Procedures threshold increased from $100,000 to $250,000.

Non-competitive proposals are appropriate only when:
